But most people cannot afford the level of care they need here in Australia, even with private health insurance, and so suffer the shame if they don’t like their smiles.
This was a situation I found myself in 5 years ago, having been quoted $1800 AUD per tooth for a veneer. The estimated total for all work required was over $40,000.
And so, I researched dental costs in Asia, sourced quotes from Philippines, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia and even South Africa. They were all 70% cheaper than Australia. Then my next step was to research the issues that arise with cheap dental, investigate the clinics and check their credentials. Educating myself on the pitfalls and benefits so I could make an informed decision.
Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City! I found a wonderful dentist and was blown away by his care and his team. The technology was astounding, modern facilities, English speaking staff, specialised dental departments, in-house labs, highly skilled dental and surgical dentists.
If you would like to chat with me, or for an introduction for your own dental consultation, please give me a call. I do not offer ‘dental packages’ as such. These trips are completely tailored to your personal needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
